1. Data Collection

We collect data necessary to provide our analytical services, manage your account, and ensure compliance. This includes:

Application & Onboarding Data: Name, email, country, trading experience, and bankroll range provided during application and onboarding.
Compliance Consent Data: Snapshots and timestamps of your acceptance of our Terms, Privacy, Risk, and Responsible Use policies.
Billing Metadata: Subscription plan references, manual invoice references, and billing status.
Support Communications: Records of communications with our operations team.
Usage & Technical Logs: IP addresses, login timestamps, device information, and interaction logs for auditing and security purposes.

We process this data solely to provide the SportInvestNow methodology support service, maintain security boundaries, enforce access gates, and meet compliance recordkeeping standards.

2. Third-Party Service Providers

We utilize trusted third parties to provide secure services. Supabase is used for identity management and database hosting. Stripe is used for payment processing. We do not store full credit card information on our servers.

3. No Sale of User Data

SportInvestNow does not, and will never, sell your personal information or portfolio data to third-party marketers, data brokers, or external agencies.

4. Data Security & Retention

We implement institutional-grade security measures to protect your data. However, data retention is limited to active operational needs and compliance requirements. Upon account deletion, personal data is purged subject to statutory retention periods.
