Refund Policy

1. Digital Service Nature

SportInvestNow is a digital SaaS (Software as a Service) platform. Due to the immediate availability and proprietary nature of the analytical data, historical databases, and AI insights provided, refunds are strictly limited.

2. Founding Member Access

Payments made by accepted Founding Members for initial setup, operational onboarding, and platform access are generally non-refundable once the onboarding process has been completed and the dashboard has been accessed.

3. Subscription Cancellations

Clients may cancel their recurring subscriptions at any time via the billing portal. Cancellation will prevent future billing cycles, but it will not retroactively refund the current active cycle. You will retain access until the end of the paid period.

4. Manual Billing Caveat

During the MVP phase, manual billing processes may be utilized. If an invoice has been settled manually, the same digital service refund restrictions apply. Any exceptional refund requests must be directed to our support team and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
