1. SaaS Access Terms & Conditions

Welcome to SportInvestNow. By accessing our educational, analytical, and methodology execution support SaaS platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. Access to the platform is currently strictly by invitation and approval only. We reserve the right to review all applications and maintain strict admission criteria.

Important Designation: SportInvestNow provides a software subscription service for methodology and execution support. We are not a bookmaker, betting exchange, financial advisor, or broker. Subscription fees are for platform access and tooling, and are completely separate from any trading capital.

2. No Guarantee of Profit

SportInvestNow is an analytical tool designed for historical backtesting, portfolio management, and strategic education. We do not guarantee profits, returns, or success. Historical data, backtest results, and AI-driven insights do not guarantee future performance.

3. Client Responsibility

The platform provides manual and semi-automatic workflow tools. All investment and operational decisions remain solely the responsibility of the client. We do not provide automated execution without explicit client authorization and setup.

4. Account Restriction & Suspension

SportInvestNow reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the platform at any time. This includes, but is not limited to, restrictions enforced for compliance, responsible use violations, billing failures, or significant risk deviations.

5. Billing & Cancellation

Subscriptions are billed as agreed during your admission. Failed payments will result in suspension of SaaS access. You may request cancellation of your subscription by contacting our operations team. For detailed refund terms, please review our Refund Policy.
